    This organisational culture analysis tool is based on the work of Kim Cameron and Robert Quinn (University of Michigan). We adapted it in line with the ComProfiles® model.
This tool provides a means of assessing a company’s dominant organisational culture and defining the desired culture.

It allows a coach to establish links between a company’s culture and the managerial behaviour and communication profiles of its leaders.
For the consultant, it provides valuable information about the managerial skills and style of leadership best suited to the company’s organisational culture, and about measures that can be taken to bring about change.
It gives the consultant ways to guide the change process in companies at their most basic level - the cultural level.
