For the trainer, this tool can show how the quality of interaction between people can be analysed and understood on the basis of their psychological profiles.
For the coach, this tool provides a means of anticipating both potential synergies and conflicts between a number of people, as well as the team dynamic.
For the consultant, this tool can also be used to identify any changes in personnel which may be required for the team to function successfully.
